30-Day Risk-Free Trial

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to try your item at home. If it isn't right for you, you can return it for a refund.

Free Returns

Returns are free. We cover the cost of return shipping on eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at marlestonhome@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and, if you like, the reason for the return.
3. We will reply with return instructions and a return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it back using the instructions we provide.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will not be able to match your return to your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take some additional days to show the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us at marlestonhome@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can return it after it arrives under this policy.
